This would make a delicious morning/afternoon snack. I usually eat it as my breakfast. Note: If you decide to use Fiber One cereal or something similar that is high in fiber, be sure to crunch it up so that you can fit the full amount. Don’t forget to enjoy!
Ingredients – Serves 2
- 1 cup sliced strawberries (I prefer them diced)
- 1 cup non-fat, sugar-free vanilla yogurt (I used Activia strawberry yogurt)
- 1/2 cup Uncle Sam cereal (I used Fiber One cereal)
- Layer the strawberries, yogurt, and cereal in 2 stemmed dessert glasses.
